Our 14-day love-it guarantee

Bedtime is sacred, and we want our stories earning their place in your routine. If your family doesn't love a book you bought from us, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you — no interrogation, no hard feelings.

How to request a refund

Email mbjtrades@gmail.com with:

The email address you used for the order
The book title (or order number, if you have it)
One line on what didn't work for you (this helps us make better books)

We'll reply within 2 business days.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method (PayPal, bank transfer reversal, or crypto wallet, matching how you paid). Timing after we issue it depends on your provider — PayPal is usually a few days.

What's not covered

Purchases older than 14 days
The free Tiko book (it's free — but if the download itself is broken, we'll fix that immediately)
Chargebacks filed without contacting us first — please give us the chance to make it right; we'll always honor a valid guarantee claim faster than your bank will
