What we sell

Digital downloads — PDF ebooks, audiobooks (MP3), and printables, delivered as instant downloads. All prices are in US dollars (USD). We may run discounts and promotions from time to time; discounts apply at checkout and can't be combined unless we say so.

Your license

When you buy a book, you get a personal, non-transferable license to download and enjoy it with your family — read it on your devices, print pages for your own kids. That's it. Please don't redistribute, resell, share publicly, upload, or post our books or their artwork anywhere. Our stories, illustrations, characters, and brand are our original work and stay ours.

Delivery

Downloads are delivered instantly after checkout to the email and account used for the order. If your download link doesn't arrive or a file won't open, email us at mbjtrades@gmail.com and we'll sort it out — that's also covered by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use our store or content for anything unlawful, don't try to break the site, and don't misrepresent our work as your own.

Changes to products and prices

We may update book files (for example, improved editions), change prices, or retire products. If you bought a book, you keep access to what you bought.

Limitation of liability

Our books are bedtime stories, not professional advice of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Prince Edward Island and Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If we can't resolve a disagreement by talking it through (please email us first — we mean it), it will be handled by the courts of Prince Edward Island, Canada.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Continuing to use the store after changes means you accept them.
